Almost a week has passed now since Nintendo held the final press conference of E3 2017, and in doing so, brought to a close the formal briefing section of the event. Whilst ending one aspect, however, Nintendo are also the ones who are lucky enough to shepherd in the latter, show-floor centric half of E3 where people are able to go hands-on with games we may not get to play for some time. But before we move onto that, it’s time to tally up the points from our predictions this year…
Conference Time – BST: 2am (Tuesday Morning) | PT: 6pm
As we move onto the penultimate press conference of E3, we await Sony to take to the stage to unveil what they have planned next for the Playstation brand. Sony’s mantra over the past few E3’s has been ‘games, games, games’ and I don’t suspect that that will be changing anytime soon. With a healthy mix of AAA first party games, creative indie titles and assisting in crowd-funded projects; Sony have a range of bases covered in delivering what their fans want.
Are you a fan of giant robot dinosaurs? Or perhaps you’re more interested in some stunning landscapes? Well then, why not join me as I travel from one side of Horizon Zero Dawn’s map to the other. This is a massive game and in total it took me over 15 minutes to travel, that’s why I’ve sped it up for you all (by 350x!), and slowed down at key moments.
I’m currently working on the review for this game but it’s not quite ready yet – so, in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this video showcasing the environment!
